Delivery

Most pieces will be dispatched within 1-3 days unless stated in the article description. All pieces will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery unless outside of the UK. 

All pieces will be presented in a jewellery box.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your order please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item in its original packaging and you will have to pay the postage cost. Please send Royal Mail Special Delivery which will guarantee that I will receive it. Once returned and it is in its original condition you will receive a refund or exchange, less any postal charges.

The Maker shall retain all rights in and title to the items of jewellery until sale, when title shall pass directly to the purchaser. 

Copyright and all intellectual property in the items of jewellery remain with the Maker.
